Meets every Tuesday on Skype from 6:00pm - 7:00pm.
This is a safe and confidential space where we chat about how our week has been, any worries we have and just about life in general.
This is a closed group but please contact Kim if you would like more information by emailing kim.maxwell@aiscotland.org.uk.
There are a number of Groups and Activities that are run on a regular basis during the month.
All groups are facilitated by trained and friendly volunteers or Number 6 staff.
All regular groups at Number 6 are free to attend unless otherwise stated.
Activities are open to newcomers unless they are listed on the calendar as closed (please see http://www.number6.org.uk/NandC.html).
