SUPPORTING YOUNG PEOPLE AND FAMILIES EXPERIENCING SOCIAL ISOLATION
For children and young people aged 11 - 19.
Is it for you?
- You have difficulties in relationships with your family or at school.
- You fell you are losing control of your life
- You feel stressed, anxious or insecure
- You are afraid of being on your own
- You don't have someone to speak about your problems
- You experience mood swings or states of sadness

Depending on your needs, we invite you to:
Individual consultations...
Talk about your problems one-to-one with a psychologist or Peer Support Worker. Your problem is important to us. We will help you deal with any difficulties you are experiencing.
Support groups...
Talk to peers who have experienced similar difficulties and are struggling with similar problems. LISTEN, HELP and SUPPORT one another.
Group educational workshops...
Listen to specialists who will help you deal with difficulties and help you to improve your self-confidence.
Referrals
Please fill in the referral form at and send it to receptiondesk@pfsc.co.uk or post to 19 Smith's Place, Edinburgh, EH6 8NU. We aim to contact referred person directly as soon as possible, during busy periods it may take up to 4 weeks.
When we receive the referral, we will contact referred person directly and inform the Agency referring whether we are able to provide needed support.
