Advice workers provide confidential advice and information to clients on a wide range of issues. General adviser, covering, benefit schemes, financial topic, welfare, education, housing, debt and employment. Advice is provided face-to-face, by telephone and email services.
Due to language barriers, cultural and system differences, Poles struggle to sort out their paperwork. Having an opportunity to speak to a Polish Advisor and receiving help in filling out applications or calling will significantly contribute to their wellbeing as well as their families. We will help Poles settle in, advice them on what are the first steps and what they need to do, to be able to work and live in Scotland.
