The Employability Fund is Scotland's national skills programme for school leavers and adults who want to develop their skills and confidence before moving into employment.
When you start, we'll work with you to see if you'd get more from Stage 2 or Stage 3 support.
In Stage 2 support, we work in groups and individually to discuss the world of work, deliver a community impact project locally and develop skills that are useful in the workplace, with an accredited qualification.
In Stage 3 support, we work in groups and individually to develop advanced skills for the workplace and take part in real work experience, with an accredited qualification.
Towards the end of the support, we work with you to develop a transitions plan and secure a positive next step into employment, vocational training or a Modern Apprenticeship.
ENABLE Works is funded by Skills Development Scotland to deliver the Employability Fund in 21 areas of Scotland – Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, Angus, Clackmannanshire, Dundee, East Ayrshire, East Dunbartonshire, East Lothian, Edinburgh, Fife, Glasgow, Inverclyde, Moray, North Ayrshire, North Lanarkshire, Perth & Kinross, Renfrewshire, South Lanarkshire, Stirling, West Dunbartonshire and West Lothian.
