All in Edinburgh is an award-winning supported employment partnership that has been delivering high quality support to disabled adults in the city of Edinburgh since 2014.
ENABLE Works lead a pan-disability consortium with Forth Sector, The Action Group and Into Work that delivers the supported employment model to fidelity standard and has been recognised as best practice internationally.
We profile people’s skills and abilities and support them into work, with a focus on job coaching and building workplace support strategies to make the job sustainable.
Each year we help 800 disabled people achieve their ambitions of finding work, retaining their job and making progression in their career.
All in Edinburgh is funded by the City of Edinburgh council in partnership with Capital City Partnership.
