DROP-IN AND ORIENTATION

A friendly drop-in service for lonely, isolated, grieving or newly arrived members of the community. Trained and professional support workers and volunteers offer a cuppa and a chat, appropriate practical help, advice, information, guidance, referrals and sign-posting on to various agencies to ensure that people have access to all the services that best meet their needs.

Our Drop-In service is run in a range of different languages and also uses translators where required. We work in a faith sensitive, culturally informed and culturally specific manner. The entire service is strictly confidential and non judgmental.

Immigration advice and support

Immigration advice and support. We work in partnerships that bring specialist advice that can help people with NRPF to address immigration status issues. Our qualified specialist immigration advisors offer an advice surgery that can be accessed by booking a prearranged telephone or video call. As we’re following Covid19 Government Guidance, in-person attendance is available by appointment only.
