SERVICE DETAILS
This is a social/lunch group for older ladies. It is for older women who are very isolated due to a language barrier and lack confidence for various reasons. The ladies participate in various activities including talks, discussions, games and outings.
The group decides what activities they would like to do.
Activities include: health sessions, sewing, complementary therapies, cookery, outings, social functions etc.
