The Changing Room has one goal – to promote men’s positive mental health through the power of the beautiful game.
Big Hearts was one of the first football organisations in Scotland to deliver this programme. The Changing Room is now taking place across 19 other Clubs in Scotland.
Open to men aged 30 to 64, this 12-week programme offers participants opportunities to meet up, engage in activities together and start positive conversations about their mental health and wellbeing.
The programme is held in The Shed, at Tynecastle Park on Monday evenings, from 6:00pm - 7:30pm.
