Thanks to funding from the Scottish Government’s Supporting Communities Fund, Carr Gomm's very own Lyn Ryden is developing online meditation sessions to support local communities and households in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Carr Gomm is collaborating with Lyn to create a series of online guided meditation practices to support small-scale community resilience.
Meditation allows us the opportunity to take time to unwind, to focus on our wellbeing, and to fully experience the present moment.
Videos of the sessions will be launched on a weekly basis and posted below. Stay tuned for updates.
