SERVICE DETAILS
Bespoke individual and group supports for children, young people and families. Programs of support will be co-designed and tailored to the individual’s needs and will use focussed, issue-based 1:1 support and parenting support to achieve lasting positive change. All work will use a strength-based, trauma informed approach and can take place at home, in school or community settings as appropriate.
