Benefits to Placement Organisations

PATH undertake a comprehensive recruitment service by:

- Drafting the advert
- Sending out the application packs,
- Assessing applicants (with placement organisation staff)
- Organising and participating in the interview process
- Dealing with all administration surrounding references
- Wwork eligibility and any other checks.

PATH also organises:

- All aspects of college university applications
- Payment of fees
- Laising with college/university staff
- Ongoing administration requirements.

PATH provide ongoing support and progress monitoring throughout the traineeship. We help to develop structured work plans and assist placement organisations in dealing with any issues that may arise.

Working with PATH (Scotland) is cost effective as placement organisations are exempt from Tax and National Insurance.

We work with a wide range of bodies including The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), Employers in Voluntary Housing (EVH), Positive Action in Housing (PAIH) and the black voluntary sector generally.

Our partners also include the placement organisations who commit time and resources to our trainees.
