The Drop In is a city wide, partnership project between Community Learning & Development and Fabb Scotland offering fun packed activity for families with a disabled child/young person aged 0-18 years and their siblings.
Parents/carers will have the opportunity to meet other parents/carers, and to sit and chat over a cup of tea or coffee whilst their children take part in activities run by experienced youth workers from FABB Scotland and The City of Edinburgh Council. (Parents/carers do have to stay!)
Children’s activities will include sports, art, computer games, soft play, bouncy castle and much more!
Staff are at hand to help the group to engage with activities (parents/carers are responsible for their children). Activities include Magician shows, cooking workshops, sensory play room, bouncy castle, computer games, Teddy bear’s picnic, sports and arts/crafts.
So, if you are interested there is no need to book, just come along with all your family and Drop In!
This is a ‘drop in’ service which means you don’t need to register before attending....just pop along to check it out.
We meet every Saturday 1.30pm - 3.30pm.
If you are interested, please come along, we hope to see you soon!
