Online Holistic Health Project...
For physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
Volunteers on this project offer sessions via video call for people who are struggling with their physical, emotional, mental or spiritual health who are on an economically disadvantaged position.
Health improvements reported by people include: better mental health, increased energy, better sleep, reduced stress, higher self-esteem and feelings of empowerment. Users also reported being better able to support their children and family.

Do you qualify for PHC project?
We no longer have grants for this project but still would like to continue supporting our community. If you are on benefit, very low income, homeless or at risk of becoming homeless and you are struggling with your physical, emotional, mental or spiritual health, then you qualify for this project.
You can access support from us for between 8 to 12 sessions a year, depending on your health condition and circumstances.
Your donation supports some of the core costs and volunteer costs of this project. We really would like this project to be accessible to all who are struggling with their mental, physical, emotional or spiritual health and who feel a holistic approach can help them.
If you cannot afford a donation, you can access this project for FREE.
Important info
All our volunteers are qualified and PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) registered.
A session in the project is 1 hr sometimes 1.5 hrs. Times of the sessions vary depending on the therapy you choose so please check in the system at the time of your booking.
As some therapies have contraindications, clients must disclose to the therapist any ailments they have. Please talk to your therapist and give full details on the day of your session. If due to your condition it is not possible to deliver the therapy you booked for, we will do our best to offer something else instead.
