Tae Kwon Do (also known as Taekwondo) is the art of self defence that originated in Korea.

It is an effective weapon less art of self-defence.

Tae Kwon Do is a great way to get fit and build confidence in children.

All ages welcome.

Suitable for children 5 years and over.
