There are a variety of classes and groups who regular meet at The LifeCare Centre.

5 Rhythms...
5 Rhythms® is a dance practice, a dynamic moving meditation, where we explore how our body wants to move, how our emotions move through our body, how our stories show up in our dance, so that as we dance, we explore how, and who, we truly are.
A simple movement practice designed to release the dance that lives in everybody, no matter what your shape, size, age, limitations and experience.
Classes are ideal as an introduction to the practise and also give us the opportunity to weekly practise in a group.
Class details:
Sunday mornings are an invitation to dance the 5Rhythms, Open Floor and Movement Medicine.
Cost: £15 or £48 paid in one go for any 4 classes
Booking: Email me with your mobile number and payment details - you have to book as we keep track of numbers.
