We provide free, independent and impartial information to disabled people, their families, friends, carers and people who work within the sector.
We get asked about all sorts of disability related topics including grants and trusts, welfare benefits, equality and discrimination, travel and transport, housing, education, and leisure.

You can call our helpline on 0300 323 9961 or text us on 0778 620 0707.
Calls to our helpline cost a similar price level to geographic numbers (01 or 02) and are included in inclusive minutes and discount schemes that a phone provider offers to its callers. If you are calling from a mobile, please check with your network provider. If you are calling from a mobile or phone box and have concerns about cost, we can call you back.
At busy times you can leave us a message and one of our Information Workers will return your call.
