SERVICE DETAILS
This is a mental health resource which offers Emotional, Social and Practical support to adults who are often vulnerable, isolated and marginalised in society.
An informal drop-in service which effectively meets the individual and groups needs, by encouraging social opportunities and one to one support when needed.
PRACTICAL SUPPORT
- Support you to resolve any issues, and signpost you to other relevant services.
- Information on filling in forms, i.e. Housing, welfare and education.
- One-to-One support for those looking to resolve problems or bring about change.
OTHER SUPPORT
- A chance to meet others, people can stay as long as they want simply to relax.
- A safe place, which can offer a break from isolation and opportunities to support each other through building relationships and sharing experiences.
- Individual support from workers is available on request, e.g. emotional wellbeing, relationships and living in the community.
