SERVICE DETAILS
We provide day services from our base near Portobello called Telfie Central. Our approach is always to work in partnership and consultation with other professionals to enhance the quality of life and support for people in Redwoods.
We offer a wide range of activities, including gardening, visual arts and crafts, food planning and preparation, and accessing music and drama therapies.
The service outcomes we aim to provide are:
- That Telfie Central is a place where our Service Users have a sense of belonging, community and friendship.
- People are given opportunities to make choices….to express themselves ….explore their creativity…. learn new skills.
- This enables people to grow in confidence, self- esteem and independence.
From our base in the east of Edinburgh, near Portobello, we offer a wide range of projects and activities, including:
