Children’s boxing fitness 4:30pm - 5:00pm / 5:00pm - 5:45pm (FREE)
Children's classes are full, please get in touch for further information.
Your child must be booked in, signed in and a consent form filled in before they can take part.
Ladies only session, 6:00pm - 7:00pm: £5
Adults boxing fitness, 7:15pm - 8:15pm: £5
Children’s classes are FREE, but donations are very much appreciated.
Freshly cooked and prepared healthy and nutritional meals are available and FREE.
