Bees Knees Nursery

At the Bees Knees Nursery we aim to provide a safe, caring, stimulating and relaxing environment in which children under 5 years can develop and thrive.

We strive to provide a setting in which parents and carers can feel relaxed and confident about leaving their child in our care.

We work alongside parents and carers to give each child the best possible experience within our setting, respecting that parents/carers are the first primary influence to each child's life.

The Baby Bees (6 weeks - 2 years)

This is a sunny room specially designed with babies in mind. This room has a large cheery mural on the wall. We have a door leading out to our learning garden and outdoor play area. Internal door to corridor with separate toilet and changing rooms.

Places Available: Staff numbers and room size allows up to eight babies per session

The Honey Bees (2 years - 5 years)

Sunny room with a large window looking out onto our seasonal garden. This room also has direct access to our rainy day/wet weather theatre hall situated next door to the play room. Corridor access to separate toilet and changing rooms.

Places Available: Staff numbers and room size allows up to 13 children per session in this room.

Other Facilities

- Large Learning/Sensory Garden with grassy play area
- Secure Entrance area with intercom
- Baby Changing room and separate Toilet room, within secure corridor
- Outside secure buggy store
- Large hall also available for rainy days/Wet weather

Session Times

Monday - Friday

Morning: 7:30am / 8:45am - 11:15am

Lunch Club: 11:15am - 1:00pm

Afternoon: 1:00pm - 3:30pm / 5:30pm

We are open all year with the exception of the two weeks at Christmas.

We also offer limited term-time spaces if required.
