The Dove Centre runs activities and classes throughout the week for our members, and holds various other events and trips throughout the year.

GENTLE EXERCISE
Promoting physical activity through chair-based exercise - suitable for all

Art therapy enhancing motor skills and providing mental stimulation
ARTS & CRAFTS
Promoting creativity and manual dexterity through various mediums from therapeutic colouring, to glass painting, clay work and more!
BINGO
Fun and socialising - eyes down for a full house at Bingo!
