Pleasance Day Service...
This service provides visiting support and day opportunities including day care for older adults in the community. This is to help you live the way you want for as long as possible. We also deliver innovative solutions to enable the personal development of older people in care homes.
We provide a day opportunity service for older people with dementia, mental health, learning disability or physical mobility problems.
We'll work with you and your family to create a support plan so you can continue to lead your life at home in a safe and comfortable way.
Our staff are trained and expert in responding to a wide range of needs and choices. We work with families to find solutions to the most challenging of circumstances.
