DESCRIPTION
Hanover (Scotland) Housing Association Ltd was formed in 1979 and is now firmly established as one of the most respected providers of housing and related services for older people in Scotland. It is a Scottish charity and is run by a Committee of Management comprising up to 15 voluntary members. The Association is registered with The Scottish Housing Regulator as a social landlord.
We provide and manage a range of housing and services, mainly for older people. We currently manage more than 5,000 homes throughout Scotland.
We provide a range of housing and tenure types to meet the different support needs of older people, allowing them to retain their independence within a local community and enjoy as much privacy or company as they wish.
We have 3 Sheltered Housing complexes in Edinburgh.
Sunnyside Court Sheltered Housing...
Sunnyside Court Shelterd Housing is located in the residential area of The Grange on the South side of Edinburgh. Local shops including a general store and post office can be found within a quarter of a mile of the development. There are regular buses into the centre of Edinburgh available from just outside the development.
There are 51 flats in the development spread over three blocks. The blocks are two storeys and there is a stair lift in one of the blocks.
