DESCRIPTION
The Forever Young Club is a day care service for frail older adults in West Edinburgh. The project offers older adults the opportunity to get out of the house and meet others and make friends. The group offers support, friendship, a variety of social activities and a hot lunch.
Service users are picked up from their homes in the morning and taken home at 2pm. The group enjoys social activities throughout the day such as; guest speakers, arts & crafts, music, games etc. The service users also enjoy a two-course hot lunch and snacks of tea & biscuits.
To be eligible for this day care service, service users must abode in the catchment areas of Stenthousmuir and Saughton Mains.
